Plan Sets Finalized
Transition Designs include a foundation plan, floor plans, elevations (exterior views), roof plan, site plan map, and any structural details required for construction.
Quality house plans can take several weeks to complete depending on the complexity of your Outer Banks construction project. The more materials, sketches, pictures, and design direction that is received, the easier it is for Transition Designs to execute your vision in the drafting and design of your new home, remodel or addition.
Once you approve the floor plan and elevations, Transition Designs will produce the final house drawings for construction. Once the construction process begins, Karen is available as needed for consultations (on or off-site) with your custom home builder and other involved professionals.
